I'm unable to access a document, file, or PDF that was uploaded or attached to a form response.
When a site user uploads a file or files when submitting a form response, they are stored in Sitefinity CMS and can be accessed from the responses list for the form by clicking the number in the green circle on the Forms list page as shown below:
By default, content publishers for a site are not able to access files uploaded to a form response.
Once a new form is created or for an existing form you don’t have access, please make a test submission with a file upload, then submit a support ticket with the name of the form.
Once received, we will be able to grant all content publishers for a site access to all files – current and future – uploaded to all responses for a form.
