How to add a form to a page?
To add a form to a page, follow these steps: 1. From the Dashboard, go to Pages
2. Open the page which you will drag a form onto.
3. In the content editor, drag and drop the Form widget from the right panel.
4. Click Select a Form to choose the form to display.
5. Click the name of the Form to select
6. Click More Options

- In the Settings tab, check the option to customize confirmation messages as desired.
7. Click Save.
Note: Spam submissions in Sitefinity almost always happen when no CAPTCHA or bot protection is present. We highly recommend that you add reCAPTCHA to your forms. See: How to add reCAPTCHA to a form?
