We recommend setting up Form notifications so that you and/or other designated users receive an email whenever a Form is submitted. These notification emails include the submitted responses, helping ensure that requests are reviewed and acted upon promptly. As a best practice, regularly monitor your Forms and review submissions in Sitefinity CMS by exporting form responses. This also allows you to identify and remove any spam submissions that may be received.
