Google has announced an update to how data submitted through reCAPTCHA is handled. Under this change, Google will act as a data processor and process data in accordance with the Cloud Data Processing Addendum. End users’ use of reCAPTCHA will no longer be governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use; instead, the relevant provisions in the Google Cloud Platform Service Specific Terms for reCAPTCHA will apply.
