Filter pages
On the right, under Filter pages, you can apply various filters:
- My pages - Shows pages you created.
- By author - Select a specific user under Custom filter > Select authors.
- By language - Choose a language from the Languages dropdown.
- By status - Click a status or use Custom filter > Select status for multiple selections.
- Missing properties - Filter pages With no Descriptions or With no Keywords.
- By modification date - Use Custom filter > Select date range to define a time interval.
- Outdated pages - Click the Outdated filter.
Click Confirm to apply filters. To reset, click All filters--previous settings remain active until cleared.
Sort Pages
Use the Sort pages dropdown in the Pages toolbar to sort the page list using the following options:
- Hierarchy - Displays pages in their original tree structure (default view). Resets previous sorting and filtering.
- Last created on top - Shows the most recently created pages first (works with filters).
- Last modified on top - Displays the most recently edited pages first (works with filters).
- Alphabetically (A-Z / Z-A) - Sorts pages in ascending or descending alphabetical order (works with filters).
- Custom sorting... - Allows sorting by multiple criteria. Choose ascending or descending order and add or remove rules. Click Save to apply.
- Edit custom sorting... - Modify an existing custom sorting.
Search Pages
- To search for a particular page, on Pages page, click Search... A search field appear.
- Enter the page title or part of the title of the page you want to find and click Search. The system displays a list of all pages whose title contains the search word.
- When finished searching, click Close search.
The Search field is case insensitive.
