How do I create a vanity URL, redirect, or link to another web page?

From the Sitefinity Dashboard click on Pages and follow these steps to create a vanity url:

1. Create a page.
2. Name the page after the vanity you would like, i.e. /join (you will get an error if this page name/URL is in use, you can use the search feature on the Pages list to find out which page is using it and make any necessary adjustments.)

3. Uncheck 'show in navigation' (unless you also want it in navigation.)
4. Check 'This page redirects to another page'.
5. Click Set page to redirect to, for a page on your site select it from the menu. For an external site, in the window that opens, click Web address.

6. Enter the address in the URL field.
7. Save

You can also redirect a page to another existing page by following these steps:

1. In the backend of Sitefinity CMS, navigate to Pages.
2. In the Actions link of the page, click Titles & Properties.
3. Select the "Redirect to another page" checkbox.

4. Click the "Set page to redirect to" button and specify the page you want to redirect to.
5. Click Done to save the changes
