Is there a way to create a page that’s hidden (or invisible) from navigation, but still accessible through a link?
You can create a hidden / invisible page that can only be accessed with someone knowing the URL link. The page can also be hidden from search – the site’s search as well as external search such as Google or DuckDuckGo.
To hide a page, you can make the following changes when you Create Pages or Edit Title & Properties.
1. Note the full URL for the page
2. Uncheck the “Show in navigation” checkbox
3. Expand “Advanced Options” and uncheck “Allow site search to index this page” and “Allow external search engines to index this page and include in Sitemap”
Note: Do not set or change any other settings under Advanced Options
4. Click “Save changes” If you are creating the page, once you publish it the page will be live and accessible by the URL for the page. A currently published page will already be accessible by the URL.
