Societies may request that BWT Support embed custom code (e.g., pixel trackers or analytics scripts) on their websites. This allows societies to integrate third-party services for tracking, marketing, or other purposes.
Process & Timeline
- Societies must provide the code snippet they wish to embed.
- BWT Support requires 3–5 business days to review and test the code for compatibility and stability before publishing it to the live site.
- This review ensures that the code does not interfere with site functionality or performance.

If you are considering adding third-party code, make sure it comes from a trusted source and is well-documented to minimize security and data privacy risks. The ADA will not be responsible if a pixel captures and uses a member’s personally identifiable information (PII) via embed pixel code.
