How do I submit a help desk ticket or case?
Email bwtsupport@azapps.ada.org. This is the only address to use when submitting a BWT Support request.
Be sure to provide as much detail as possible, including: the affected BWT site, the specific page URL, the requestor’s name and contact email, the steps you followed, and a description of the issue or functionality that isn’t working.
