How do we change or add a banner ad on the top of the website?
An ad is an image of a defined dimension, and a link. For sites that use ADA House ads:

Submit a support ticket and include the ad graphic with the appropriate dimensions in one of the following file formats: GIF, JPG, or PNG. See: Guide to Google Display Ad Sizes & Specs
Include the following details:
- Destination URL: The link where users should be redirected when they click the ad.
- Run Dates: The specific timeframe (targeted start and end date) you’d like the ad to be active. Please keep in mind, it can take roughly 5-7 business days to fulfill ad requests.

Note, if you request placement in one of the designated ad locations, the ad will appear on all pages that use that location type. It cannot be restricted to a single page. For example, if you provide dimensions for a footer ad, it will display on every page with a footer ad section, using the image and link you provide.
