Create featured boxes

Featured boxes are modular content blocks used to highlight specific information across various pages of a website. Common use cases include showcasing sponsors, advocacy efforts, or promotional content.

To create a featured box:

  1. Navigate to Featured Boxes
    • From the Content dropdown menu, select Featured Boxes.
    • Click the Create a Featured Box button.

  1. Add Basic Information
    • Title: Provide a descriptive title for the box.
    • Image: Upload an image to visually represent the content (can include a link, with customizable behavior and hover effects)
  2. Customize Link and Hover Options
    • Linking: You can link the image to a URL.
    • Link Behavior: Choose whether the link opens in the same window or a new tab.
    • Hover Options: Customize how the image behaves when hovered over.

  1. Save or Publish
    • Use the top-right buttons to:
      • Publish or Save as Draft
      • Use Actions (Unpublish, Schedule, Duplicate, Revision History)
